Dispute between Fath‘ali Khan and Amir Zakariya's peasants, 1855
Regarding the ownership of Amir Zakariya village; the peasants were unable to provide valid documents of ownership. The evidence instead suggested that Najafqulikhan Biglarbaygi from Tabriz had purchased the village from Akhund Mulla Asad Allah. The property then passed on to his inheritors.

Nayyir al-Sadat's petition against Sadigh al-Tojjar
Nayyir al-Sadat bought one sixth of a garden from Sadiq al-Tujjar. She built a wall and bought water for the land. But Sadiq al-Tujjar sold the whole garden, including her share, and she had problems getting her share back.

‘Aliyah Khanum's affidavit, 1931
‘Aliyah Khanum asks for the testimony of the people who have knowledge of her father Haji Isma‘il Aqa ‘Arab's belongings. She wants their testimony regarding Haji Isma‘il's partnership with his brother, Haji Muhammad Husayn ‘Arab, who is now in possession of Haji Isma‘il's inheritance after his death, and lists the following as her father's seven inheritors: Zahra Khanum, Taj Khanum, ‘Aliyah Khanum, Sakinah Khanum, Ahmad Aqa, ‘Ali Aqa, and Muhammad Baqir.

Affidavit of a few religious scholars confirming the right of Muhammad Husayn, known as Aqa Pasha son of Haj Habib, to receive half of Mahi Khanum's assets, which he did not receive even after filing a case with the government. Four men, named Muhammad son of ʻAli, Amin al-Raʻaya Muhammad al-Musavi, Mirza ʻAli Hakim [the physician], and Malik al-Tujjar, have sealed the affidavit.

Power of attorney given to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Khavar Sultan, daughter of Muhammad Khan and wife of Mashhadi Nasir from Shiraz to last up to six months from the time of this contract in order to get back the inherited house of her deceased husband. The house should have been transferred to Khavar Sultan and her children, but Muhammad Husayn Ghali-furush [the rug dealer] has usurped it. Dated August 14, 1906
